Case types such as adoptions, mental commitments, and juvenile cases are private and are not shown on XChange. Expunged cases are removed from XChange upon entry of the expungement order by the court clerk. Cases made private by judicial order do not appear on XChange. Cases filed before a justice court went on CORIS may not be available on XChange. How far back justice court records go differs by court.
