Playtime will carry over by default, but you need GRADE to buy anything else. You can only access the GRADE Shop at the start of an EX New Game using GRADE from clear save data. Any unused GRADE is kept in the new file; spent GRADE is refunded at the start of the next EX New Game so you can purchase the same item again. The Grade FAQ has more info: www.gamefaqs.
