What careers do Honours Science students follow?
Honours Science graduates are found in all kinds of Science-related fields. From medicine to engineering, from the pharmaceutical industry to teaching to computer programming, our graduates are to be found in all walks of life. This is because Honours Science provides a strong foundation for any for any university math or science program. All CEGEP science programs have a common goal: to provide a solid education in Science as a preparation for further study in university. Students customize their science program to their choice of career through the option courses they choose, and all of Vanier’s option courses are open to Honours Science students. The distinguishing feature of Honours Science is that students find themselves in a peer group of strong students who are excited about their studies and curious and motivated learner. This lively intellectual atmosphere provides an exciting environment where learning is fun and knowledge is prized.
