Via the stepping stones of Senior Consultant through to Managing Consultant, your degree of responsibility then continues to grow – and this includes both responsibility for our client projects within the Group as well as in-house responsibility for improving the performance of RWE Consulting. Finally, as a Business Partner, you then take on an executive management role within our consultancy. We measure the success of a project on the success of our clients.
