Most manufacturers’ equipment is to a great degree compatible with InSite, as long as it has a CSAFE data port available and the manufacturer adheres to the CSAFE protocol (CSAFE is the industry standard for fitness equipment communications). Some older models (5+ years) may not be compatible, and currently only Precor models communicate equipment errors for the purpose of alerting and program use information. Prior to a quote being provided a site survey will determine what models in your facility are compatible.
