What cardholders should do when participating businesses refuse to honor the discounts?
If you have any problem using your city savings card or if any of our participating business refuses to honor their discount(s), you should first directly contact the person in charge of these issues at that store (e.g. the manager or the owner). If you continue to have problem, you should email us at AhaDiscounts@hotmail.com with the detail information concerning the date, time, and nature of the issue(s) to help us further the investigation. If our investigation confirms that the participating business member is abusing our Terms and Conditions, we will reserve the right to dismiss their membership privilege from our website with instant effect.
