The only difference between the isofix and easyfix is that the iso fits directly into your car via the 2 “anchor points” in your seats as you mentioned – older cars dont really have them – and the easyfix base is the one that fits with the seatbelt. To be honest Im not sure about the next stage carseats as these are all left in the car anyway so are all secured by the seatbelt or isofix points so I dont think youll need the base with the next stage carseats..
