Ans. There are numerous forms that will be presented during the offer as well as during the escrow period. The two that are at the top of the list are the Agency Relationship (who is representing whom) and the Manufactured Home Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions. This document will notify escrow that the subject property is a manufactured home and to transfer the land and the Manufactured home to the new buyer.
