What Captivate support services are offered at MDG?

MDG helps faculty produce several types of Captivate projects. Screen captures, scenario based training, importing power point slides, recording audio, and creating a branding “look and feel” are some of the support services that we offer. To see some Captivate examples, please go to: http://www.kennesaw.edu/mdg/captivate/. The first step in the process of all MDG production services is the Scope Meeting. At that time, we will discuss the goals and objective of your course and work with you to choose the correct software and multimedia project to fit your needs. To set up a Scope meeting, please email us at: training@mdg.kennesaw.edu Once we discuss your needs and the scope of the projects, we will create a timeline. All Captivate projects developed at MDG will be placed in a temporary site for approval. Once approved, the final copy will be sent to you on a CD.
