If we cannot find another exhibitor to take your stand space, 100% of the stand hire fee; in case of your stand being hired out to another exhibitor, a fee of 25% of the stand hire fee will be made. For further information, please consult the General Conditions for Participation “A5, cancellation of contract” on page 8 of the registration form. Please note that due to short preparation times, cancelled stand spaces usually CANNOT be hired out to other exhibitors.
