What can you tell me about the Cottingley faires?
It all started in 1971 with 16 year old Elsie Wright and her cousin Francis Griffiths. They “took” the photograph to prove to their father that fairies exsisited! It was all unsure wether they were real untill they were examined using technology, they were discovered fakes. The light on the fairies was not the same as the light on the girls, and the fairies were not blurred even though they were supposed to be flying in the air. IT was found out when the girls were interviewed as adults, that the pictures were from a book and they were held up by hat pins!
