What can you expect going to court facing child endangerment charges?
i used to work in a family law office with my stepmother, and i will tell you this, A. i agree find an attorney, because cps workers have a way of twisting things and manipulating. B. ask the police and the vice principal if they would mind submitting a statement, and if not then when you do get an attorney have them supeana ( sorry my spelling sucks) because if you have both of their statments entered into your case, that will help you alot, it is also going to help that she has tried to do this before. i cant tell you what is going to happen i can only say that from my view point this is going to be stressful but you should come out ok, just dont let your lawyer slag behind, make sure that they are doing everything they can, to obtain the proof you need.
