What can we expect from Brix Networks on the merger and acquisition front going forward?
TP: We are actively looking to acquire companies and technologies. We think that we have developed and can demonstrate leadership around customers, products, partners, and executive management. We think that besides growing fast in the market place through internal and organic means, we are actually looking at acquiring new companies. That is actually one of the main reasons why Rick Chavez has joined us as VP of strategy and corporate development. A lot of companies talk about M&A, but we have a really strong and supportive investor team and have connections with other investors. We think we have the resources to make that happen. In many ways, we think that we have been pre-approved for this “mortgage” and can go out and purchase the right support solution that would complement our offering and make our customers more successful.
