What can the Restrictions button in the General Settings menu do?
The latest software has a restrictions functionality which will allow you to restrict access to certain default applications within the device, including Safari, YouTube, iTunes and Installing Apps. To access the restrictions function on your iPhone, select ‘Settings’ – ‘General’ – ‘Restrictions’ and ‘Enable Restrictions’ to set a passcode. You can then allow or restrict access to certain default applications on your iPhone, which can only be accessed by entering your chosen passcode. Access to any applications already installed by you on your iPhone will still be allowed.
