What can my baby take instead of infants Tylenol?

Currently the recall is for Children’s Tylenol, Children’s Motrin, Infant’s Tylenol, and Infant’s Motrin, so I would not suggest using Motrin. If it is on the shelf then it should not be listed in this recall, however, you can’t always assume that it is not. I am using the Target “Up and Up” brand of children’s pain reliever and as far as we have been told by Target management, as long as it is not one of the four brands mentioned above we are safe. Kroger management has also told us that their brand is still safe for use. My suggestion is to try an off-label brand, such as Target’s or Kroger’s. You can always ask an employee to be sure that they haven’t heard anything else about the recall. I know Kroger is very up-to-date on current recalls and they keep their employees up to date as well. Also just for anyone else reading, as well as yourself, they also have a recall on Children’s Zyrtec and Children’s Benadryl.
