What can mini-grants be used for?
Mini-grants are small amounts normally not exceeding $3000 awarded twice a year to faculty and graduate students to conduct field trips, disseminate findings, arrange meetings (but not for conference travel), and to conduct almost any endeavor related to research. Graduate students may also use mini-grants for all aspects of pre and post-dissertation enhancement.
