What can Ido to help strengthen/stabilize my wrists so I can lift?
You don’t wanna do anything artificial to directly try to strengthen your wrists. If your wrists are too weak to lift a weight, then you’re lifting too much weight! Don’t get caught up like some guys who are so preoccupied trying to impress everyone in the gym around them, they try lifting the improper amount of weight. What you want to do is work on your major muscle groups and the lesser ones, like your skinny wrists, will come along. Think about it. If you aid your wrists by a strap or something, then it’s not you who is doing the lifting. That’s counter-productive.
