What can I wear with black slouch boots?
You could do skinny jeans and wear the boots over them. That would leave you open for just about any type of top to wear with them. I wouldn’t do black leggings because with those boots it would be too much black. I would do Dark Gray leggings. A cute outfit would be the boots over dark gray leggings with a long green tunic-style top with a cream-colored jacket.
