What can i use instead of arrowroot for my cooking and what does it do?
it is used to thicken sauces but its not cheap so use it when you want a clear glossy sauce i use it when i make sweet dishes such as Cherry’s jubilee simply get a can of pitted black Cherry’s pour the juice into a skillet heat up and put a good sized shot of brandy into it it will light up but the flames should go out after a few moments add the Cherry’s to this and thicken it with the arrow root just mix it with water as you would if usingg cornflour sweeten to taste and serve with pancakes cream and ice cream a Truly grea pudding
