What can I Use in the UK as a subsitute for corn syrup and for liquid smoke?
Sub golden syrup for the corn syrup. If you don’t have access to liquid smoke, do you have access to smoked salt? If you do, sub it for any salt called for in your recipe. I don’t know what to recommend besides that. Maybe one of the others will have a good suggestion for you. By the way, welcome to the forums! It’s very nice to meet a new friend.
