Put ground beef into a big bowl. Put onion and celery into a food processor. Cut the bell pepper in half, rip out the seeds and throw them into your garbage bowl. Cut the pepper into a few pieces and add to the food processor. Pulse the processor blades to finely chop the vegetables into very small pieces then add them to the meat bowl. Add egg, beaten with milk, bread crumbs and grill seasoning to the bowl. Next, mix together the smoky barbecue sauce, the salsa and the Worcestershire sauce. Pour half the sauce mix

Ooh, I love mashed potato! Here are the more common ways I make it for dinner… 1. What I grew up calling ‘Savory Mince’ Ground beef cooked with some brown gravy, then add some frozen/canned/fresh veggies at the end (we commonly used peas and corn). Spoon over the mash and you have a delightful, quick, gooey, tasty dinner. 2. Shepherd’s Pie, or what I grew up calling it, Cottage Pie. It’s pretty much the same as the Savory Mince, just layered with some cheese on top, then baked all together. 3. I love mash so much I sometimes make it like more of a main dish, than a side. I mash the potatoes, add the usual butter and some milk (unless they’re moist enough). Then I add a blob or two of sour cream, a dash of nutmeg, salt & pepper. I fry up some bacon, cut them into small pieces and add to mash. At the very end, I sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top and only mix it in with a few turns, so the bits of cheese can still be seen and don’t melt and ‘disappear’ into the mash completely
