What can i fill my mini puff pastry parcels with?
dice some potato up small and boil it, then fry a chopped onion and a bit of garlic in a tablespoonful of oil in a pan and add some curry sauce or powder and some seasoning, then mash the potato and mix in the onion stuff – fill the pastry with the mix and bake for however long you need and hey presto, instant curry puffs or samosas but without being deep fried (healthier)
