WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO GET OUT OF THE BootCampWF PROGRAM?
· Prior to (and after!) every session, we conduct an optional performance assessment so that you and the instructors can measure progress over the course of the program. Performance assessments include the number of sit-ups you can do in one minute, the maximum number of push-ups you can do and how long it takes you to walk/run a half-mile. We will also do an optional weigh-in and perform a body-fat assessment for recruits. If you stick with it, you can expect to improve in each one of these assessments by the end of the program, but remember, you get out of it what you put into it! · You can expect to work the entire body each time you attend. While we do something different every day to keep it interesting, all workouts include a warm-up with dynamic stretching, some type of cardio drill (including obstacle courses, hill training, short distance sprints, etc), strength training and abdominal work, and end with static stretching. · A chance to workout in the great outdoors · For optim
