Each college will have its own hourly pay rate for the work they need covering, if it is on a temporary basis. We adopt that hourly pay rate and will pay you directly into your bank account the week after you have worked – we then charge the college accordingly. NB: Select Education FE does have arrangements with some colleges to pay monthly.
