What can I expect to achieve at bootcamp?
Up to 7-10 pounds weight loss on the 7 day course, up to 7 pounds on the 5 day course – 2-5″ off your waist, 2-5% drop in bodyfat, dramatically improved fitness and an increase in energy and improved sense of well being 🙂 These are all very much the norm when taking part in this fitness and weight loss bootcamp. Part of the programme here is to educate you on how to lose stubborn fat without lowering your metabolism which is what normally happens with a lot of weight loss bootcamps, you will learn about the importance of protein, strength training and High intensity interval training. The trick is to lose fat and build a little bit of muscle. Nb (It is important to note that with some people muscle can be gained on the bootcamp and fat lost – in this case the scales won’t show the whole story.
