What can I expect if my Accredited/Endorsed organisation is quality reviewed?

A Provider organisation will receive a notice that they are being Quality Reviewed. If relevant, the notice will request that they submit a full copy of all self-assessed materials within 7 days, ie. all components that comprise a full activity application need to be provided within a week. A Provider organisation may also be asked to supply materials documenting the content of the activity, depending on the reason why the Quality Review has been initiated. The materials may first be reviewed by the QA&CPD Peer Review Group (of state Program Coordinators). If the Peer Review Group determines that issues remain unsatisfactory, the Provider organisation can request that three members of the QA&CPD subcommittee review the materials. The above is a brief overview of the general Quality Review scenario but other circumstances may arise. See A guide to the RACGP QA&CPD Program provider accreditation process for full information regarding Quality Review.
