What can I expect from Family SkillBuilders staff?
• After submitting a referral, a Family SkillBuilders staff member will be waiting, pending authorization from your Resource Developer. • The Family SkillBuilder staff member will meet with client on a weekly basis unless otherwise requested. • Your agency will receive phone communication as often as requested, and monthly documentation is sent to each caseworker. • The Family SkillBuilder staff member is a support for court if needed, will assist family with other service providers, and will provide supplemental documentation if requested. • We give advance notice that case is nearing expiration date, to caseworker and Family SkillBuilder.
