What can I expect at CrossFit Courses?
Level 1 Trainer Certificate Course: The Level 1 is a two-day basic introduction to the fundamentals of CrossFit. There are lectures, demonstrations, group practical application of movements, and two introductory workouts. For anyone interested in being a CrossFit Trainer or CrossFit Affiliation, the course closes with 50 question multiple-choice test. Coach’s Prep Course: The Prep Course is a two-day workshop including lectures, group breakouts, peer evaluations, workouts, demonstrations, and collective guided discussions. Level 2 Trainer Course: The Trainer Course is a one-day, two-part evaluation. The written exam is a comprehensive series of questions covering CrossFit methodology, movement, nutrition, programming, and more.
