What can i eat with a wheat allergy?
Hi. Sounds like some limited food choices. If u have that rash you can seek a second opinion and see a dermatologist to get tested for Celiac Disease, a gluten intolerance. A dermatologist can biopsy the skin rash to see if it’s Dermatitis Herpetiformis (DH). If it is, u absolutely have Celiac and probably dont need further testing. I ditto the motion, why isnt he just blood testing or skin pricking u?
