What can i eat in phase 1 of the south beach diet?
In Phase 1 of the South Beach diet you can eat lean meat, skinless poultry and fish as well as frozen or fresh vegetables. Dairy should be non fat or low fat and sweets that are 75 calories and less can also be consumed during this phase. Some foods that are not included are starches such as breads, pasta and rice as well as all fruits and juices.
