What can I do with ControlTier?
Think about all of the activity that has to happen to get from source code to a running business service in your production environment. ControlTier is the automation framework, tools, and best practices to make that happen as reliably and efficiently as possible. Common ControlTier uses include: • Coordinated deployment of code, data, content, and configuration into any multi-node development, QA, or production environment. Targets can include physical nodes, virtual machines, or cloud infrastructure. • Deployment and configuration of application infrastructure such as app servers, databases, web servers, and middleware.
