What can I do while running on treadmill besides listening to music?
I usually watch educational material from which I will benefit later. One thing you will learn quickly is that when you are running, focusing on running will only make the run boring and painful. When you watch a good documentary that is interesting, it will give you that mental freedom you need when you are running. On the other hand, you could read, if you can keep your eyes on the book ( I tried it but was too difficult for me) or you could sing if you do like to sing, Singing will also help your cardio and to keep pace sort of like Army cadences do to keep everyone running on step. Running is fun, and can be fun even for those that find it a challenge, or for those that must do it for whatever reasons, the important thing is to take your state of mind from a “must do it” attitude to a “lets do it” one. As I said, educational stuff is the best I found so far, I use BBC nature programs, earth history and or any topic that may raise interest on me, it could help you to learn a new lan
