a. Please make sure discs are free of damage or scratches. b. Pre-scan and test the disc for readability and reading speed. c. Please select any drives as the source drive by using the “Select Src.” function, and place the source disc and try to read it from any of the CD recorders to determine if you have any bad drives. d. If none of the above works, please contact our duplicator support department.
