Most likely, this problem may be due to a conflict with the .dot file of the Guides Calculator database and Microsoft Word. If the Microsoft version of Word you are using is not Word 2000/Microsoft Office 2003 or later, then you need to upgrade your MS Word software. If you are using the upgraded version of Word and this problem persists, you will need to do a complete “Uninstall/Reinstall” of BOTH the Guides Calculator AND Microsoft Word.
