A Try some of the following : If your display adapter is running in a mode other than High Colour (16 bit) then try changing your display settings so that you are running in High Colour (16bit) before launching HP JetSpeed. Changing the Hardware Acceleration option for your graphics card – some systems work best with the Hardware Acceleration turned off while others work better with it on. HP JetSpeed is a fairly processor intensive application. Try and run it with the minimum amount of other applications open. The more free physical RAM available to HP JetSpeed, the better the program will run. Free up physical RAM by closing any memory intensive applications before you launch HP JetSpeed.
