There is nothing to can do other than take thyroid medicine to increase your serum level of the thyroid component that you are missing and bring it into your normal range. Other things to do that will help – is to control your diet so you do not add weight. If you are over weight cut your calories down. If you are gaining weight cut your calories back until you are at the correct weight for you height. If you find you fatigue easily increase the caffeine that you consume. That may help some.
