What can I do to get rid of bitterness when cooking zucchini squash?
This won’t answer the bitterness question – but this is how to cook them – slice into 1/4″ slices, then dip in egg, then italian bread crumbs, put them in a skillet – cook both sides – when they are ready to eat – put some cheese – weird but I like velveeta, or swiss, or chedder – let the cheese melt and take them out of the skillet – yums!
