What can I do to fix video or audio playback problems with iTunes U?
Some users may see issues related to audio and video playback when previewing or downloading and playing iTunes U content. These may be connected to internet connection speed, outdated versions of Quicktime or iTunes, or other causes. Apple’s iTunes Support Knowledgebase can offer more information regarding troubleshooting playback performance issues for audio-specific issues, for Intel-based Macs, or for Windows XP or 2000.
