A. The International Volcanic Health Hazard Network (IVHHN) has issued a pamphlet for the public and emergency managers on guidelines for preparedness before, during and after an ashfall . This is available in in pdf and html format from http://www.ivhhn.org/. This pamphlet can also be ordered from the IVHHN web site. Currently it is available in English, with the Spanish and Japanese versions expected to be available by November 2007 and Italian and French soon after.
