Boy do I ever disagree with what people have said. If the “milk” you gave the kitten was “kitten milk” — not cow’s milk, but something from pet supply store, it probably did not cause the wet stools. But I would discontinue it and the “cat meat” that you feel caused the stools. Kittens especially can have sensitive systems and can react to changes in food with the trots or constipation. So if you can change him back to the original wet food he was eating when he came to you, do so. At 7 weeks, this kitten may not be able to chew dry kibble really well, and wet food should be easier for him to eat. In addition, the greatest risk to a kitten with diarrhea is dehydration. Wet food — which is what I am assuming you mean by “cat meat” — has much more water in it. Dry food has virtually none.
