What can I do if my browser does not play the multimedia portion of the Vemail message?
On Windows using Internet Explorer, a high security setting will prevent Vemails from playing directly in the browser. In IE, please follow these steps to enable Vemails to play: • Select Tools from the IE menu • Select Internet Options… • Go to the Secuirty tab • Make sure Internet is selected (should be by default) • Click on Custom Level… • Under ActiveX controls and plug-ins, enable Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins • Save your changes Alternately, you can always download the Vemail content and play it manually from your multimedia software. Select the Download WAV or the Download MP3 link and save the Vemail to your Desktop as an audio WAV or MP3 file. A new file should now appear on your desktop. You can either double click it to play the Vemail, or open a program like Windows Media Player (on Windows) or QuickTime (on Macs) to play it.
