Usually a player is unable to withdraw money from QuizBoom account, if the withdrawing is made just after several purchases of game chips made via SMS. According to the clause 11.4. of QuizBoom.com terms and conditions such a transaction is automatically classified as suspicious. The withdrawing is impossible until the user has proved and QuizBoom has verified that the chips were not bought by using stolen mobile phone or a phone belonging to any third person, or – until all chips are used in bets at least once. In order to prove a rightful usage of the mobile phone, please send the copies of mobile service contracts and written confirmations of the phones owners to support@quizboom.com. If it is not possible – the money will be paid after a period of 45 days. The money will be paid, if we won’t receive complaints from any third parties about unlawful usage of mobile phones.
