If the Beneficiary has accepted and setup your direct debit authorisation, you can enquire the direct debit authorisation list under the “Bill Payments” in Hang Seng e-Banking Services, or contact our Customer Service Representatives during office hour. (For Prestige Banking customers please call 2998-9188. For Preferred Banking customers please call 2822-8228. For Integrated Account customers with CSR Phone Banking Service please call 2998-9333.
