You may experience a download problem if you are using the SRAY web browser (Mosaic version 03.0A.08.19). To get the sample by ftp do the following: Make sure you fill in your email address in the Tools Options menu before proceeding. Browse to the following address: ftp://ftp.mmm.com/pub/psnotes/psndemo.exe The system will respond with a message: Mosaic is unable to determine the type of this file. Click OK to save the file. If this doesn’t work, send us an e-mail(psnotes@mmm.com) and we will email a copy of the file to you.
