What can I do if everything in the SmartGart tab is grayed out?

Find the “Advanced SmartGart Options” in the start menu and run it, then click on “Retest All”, press OK, then restart when prompted. The Advanced SmartGart Options is not working, nothing happens when I click it… Make sure the SmartGart service is enabled and set to automatic, if not, set it to Automatic and restart.
