What can I do if a payment does not appear on my statement? How long do I have to wait for the eBill to be updated?
Your eBill is a picture of your student account at a certain time, and it does not reflect recent activity. Your payment may have been received after the eBill was created. You are able to access current account balances and recent activity by logging in to SIS Online. If you have made a payment and it does not appear within your recent activity on SIS Online, please contact your bank to determine if the check has been cashed. If it has been cashed, please send us a copy, front and back, of the cancelled check so that we may be able to locate the funds and properly credit your account.
