As you may have looked ot the soffit or the eves of your house, you may have noticed holes with screens over them or vents that lead to the attic area. This is to equalize the temperature between the inside and the outside air as well as control humidity levels between the well insulated joists and what little heat radiates from that area to control condensation that will occur between the roof and the underside. Now as your shed probably isn’t heated, you just need some of those screen plugs (about 2 inches round, Cheap from Homer’s, Nard’s or Loweboy’s) in the underside of your eves there or some venting to stop this from happening again. A pump sprayer filled with bleach to kill what is going on right now will work. If you have one of those carbon filtered painting masks and goggles to use while applying the stuff, it would be wise to use them here as in a small area, even the 5-6% strength stuff from the grocery store will mess your lungs up at best with ventilation.
