What can i do about lack of motivation?
Lack of motivation or ‘want’ to do things is a sign of depression. There are a few things you can do. Visit your doctor and get screened for depression, where he can presribe you a medication if needed. Also you can just take a few minutes everyday and get into a relaxed state of mind. Think about wanting to visit your relatives, think about what makes visiting them good, or interesting. When you think of the negative reasons why you don’t want to visit them, think of a way to resolve that. Do this in a place where you won’t be disturbed or distraceted.
