What can happen if our company fails to comply with the “Contractor Business Ethics Compliance Program and Disclosure Requirements” under the FAR?
The rule provides as cause for suspension or debarment, until three years after final payments on any government contractors if the contractors does not timely disclose credible evidence of: (1) violation of criminal law involving fraud, conflict of interest, bribery or gratuity violations, (2) violation of the civil False Claims act, or (3) significant overpayments on a contract.
