What can happen after a juvenile is released from secure detention?
If the Juvenile Court releases a juvenile from secure detention, the Juvenile Judge may impose conditions upon the juvenile including informal home detention, electronic monitoring or GPS tracking, curfew restrictions, protective orders or no contact orders, and other reasonable restrictions on the juvenile’s actions. The Juvenile Judge may also impose conditions on the juvenile’s parent to ensure the safety of the juvenile’s physical or mental health and/or the public’s safety.
